Cancellation Policy

The Massage Rx team works very hard to try to fit everyone onto our schedule, especially when our clients are in pain. There are, however, a limited number of spaces available. That is why it is important that if you are unable to keep your appointment you alert us at least 24 hours in advance, via phone call or text message only, so that we may fill your time with someone else who is in need. Each appointment not canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment start time will automatically be charged a 75% fee for late cancellation. All no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Fees will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. If no valid card is available on file the invoice must be paid within 30 days of missed appointment. In cases of illness or emergency the fee charged can be used for a future appointment. Vouchers

Vouchers are for new clients only! If you have ever been to Massage Rx at any time in the past you may not use a voucher!

If you make an appointment without selecting voucher appointment online or mentioning the voucher if you book over the telephone you will not be able to use it for payment. If you do not follow our cancellation policy your voucher will be redeemed as payment for no show/cancellation fee.

Payments

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Cards.

If you would like to use Health Savings Account funds, you need to submit a note from your doctor stating that you need Massage Therapy and receipts from Massage Rx to your HAS account manager to receive a reimbursement

We do not accept insurance at this time.

Conduct

If a client arrives under the influence or behaves in a way that makes his or her therapist uncomfortable, the client will be asked to leave and will not receive a refund.

Refunds

We have a no refund policy.
